Vegan Recovery
Thanks for all the encouraging emails, prayers and wellness wishes that you've sent. It's been two months of rehab for a rotator cuff injury that was better and then got re-injured. In any case, I'm able to work an hour here and there. There are several new recipes and tool reviews that I'll post as pain allows.

The Blendtec Total Blender has been a great asset during this recovery time and hope you enjoy my review and the recipes associated with its use.

I bought my first Vitamix in 1992 and it was a cherished appliance for many years. But it was heavy, bulky, overheated easily and was hard to keep it looking clean with all the chrome.
