Brown Rice Banana Bowl

Another FAST nutritious breakfast is the Brown Rice Banana Bowl! Use leftover brown rice, sliced bananas and tamari to create a filling, sweet, and salty breakfast cereal bowl. This mixture keeps you going till lunch!

Ingredients

1 cup leftover brown rice

1 teaspoon tamari
1 banana, sliced

beverage of choice

vitamins

Tools

bowl

knife

measuring cups and spoons


Preparation

Get a BOWL

Add the rice and banana slices.

Tamari

Sprinkle about a teaspoon of tamari over the rice and bananas.


EAT

If in a hurry, eat while standing. Should you have time, sit and enjoy in your favorite place with a hot cup of espresso or tea.
