Quick N' Easy Vegan
Thai Vegetable Gyoza Trader Joe's has done a great job at providing FAST FOODS for vegans. Their Frozen Thai Vegetable Gyoza (pot stickers) contain no preservatives or artificial flavors. These little dumpling pockets are filled with great flavor. Try them as an appetizer for a party or as the main course for dinner. Fast, easy and inexpensive, everything a vegan could want for quick meals.

Ingredients
1 bag Trader Joe's Thai Vegetable Gyoza (Pot Stickers)
oil spray
1/2 cup water
vegetable of choice
Spring Roll Dipping Sauce
Tools
12 inch cast iron skillet
tongs
lid to cover skillet contents
heavy bottom skillet for vegetable sauté
2 dipping cups for serving
Preparation
Gyoza (Pot Stickers)
Heat the cast iron skillet to HIGH.
Gyoza "Potstickers"
Spray the bottom of the skillet and each gyoza with the oil spray and place into skillet.
Leave the skillet on HIGH for 3 minutes with all the gyoza.
With the skillet lid in one hand and the water in the other, quickly pour the water into the HOT skillet and immediately cover the contents with the lid.

Gyoza turned once with lid.
Turn the burner to low and cook for 5 minutes.

Gyoza DONE!
Vegetables
While the gyoza are sautéing, cook your vegetable of choice.
Dipping Sauce
Pour two small dipping cups with the Spring Roll Dipping Sauce and set on the serving plates.
Presentation
Trader Joe's Gyoza are perfect for that "I'm hungry, but don't want to cook days." You should have a jar of the Spring Roll Dipping Sauce on the back shelf of your refrigerator. And surely you have a vegetable that you can quickly sauté, steam or stir fry to go with the gyoza.
