Organic Savory Herb Stuffing
Ingredients
1 cup sautéed cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 whole white or yellow onion, small dice
1/2 cup raw nuts, dry roasted in skillet
(I used pistachios, but hazelnuts, cashews or walnuts may be used.)
1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin or diced
1/2 cup Ocean Spray Craisins
1 cup organic celery, finely diced
1 1/2 cups Imagine No-Chicken Broth
3 tablespoons organic extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup Italian flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
Olive Oil Spray
1 bag Organic Arrowhead Mills Savory Herb Stuffing

Arrowhead Mills Organic Savory Herb Stuffing Mix
Arrowhead Mills Organic Savory Herb Stuffing Mix is a light, fluffy, delectable blend of organic wheat coupled with just the right blend of savory organic seasonings including sage, thyme and rosemary. The perfect quick complement to any meal, it is easy to prepare—just add Imagine® No-Chicken or Vegetable Broth and a bit of an organic extra virgin olive oil, Craisins, nuts, chestnuts, celery, onions, sautéed mushrooms and Italian parsley.

Ingredients: Organic Wheat Flour; Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic Cracked Wheat; Organic Cracked Rye, Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Sea Salt, Organic Dehydrated Onions, Organic Spices (Sage, Thyme, Rosemary), Yeast.

aluminum foil

Preparation
The Stuffing
Empty the contents of one bag of Organic Arrow Mills Savory Herb Stuffing into the bowl with the mushrooms.

The Mushrooms
If you don't already have a cup of sautéed mushrooms on hand, slice two boxes of mushrooms and sauté using 2 tablespoons of organic extra virgin olive oil.

Sauté the mushrooms till all the juices are absorbed.

Measure out one cup and pour into a large mixing bowl.

Refrigerate the remainder for another recipe.

The Onion
Peel and finely dice one whole white or yellow onion.

Sauté the onion in 1 tablespoon of organic extra virgin olive oil till translucent and then add to the mixing bowl.

The Nuts
Dry roast the nuts of your choice in a small skillet shaking it continuously until the nuts give off a fragrance... about two minutes.

Add the nuts to the mixing bowl.

Ocean Spray CraisinsThe Water Chestnuts
Open a can of water chestnuts and slice them into thin slices or dicethem.

Add the water chestnuts to the mixing bowl.

The Ocean Spray Craisins
Add the Ocean Spray Craisins to the mixing bowl.

The Celery
Finely dice or slice one cup of organic celery and add to the mixing bowl.

Imagine No_Chicken BrothThe Broth
Add 1 1/2 cups of Imagine No-Chicken or Vegetable Broth to the mixing bowl.

The Parsley
Add the finely chopped fresh Italian parsley to the mixing bowl

The Mix
Mix the contents of the bowl till everything is moist and distributed evenly.

The Oven Bake
Spray the chosen baking vessel with a spray of olive oil and press the dressing into the dish and cover with a sheet of aluminum foil.

Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 40 minutes covered and then 15 minutes uncovered.
