Vegan Salad Dressing
Sunergia Soy Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing

Sunergia Soy Bleu Cheese

Creating that real Bleu Cheese flavor in a salad dressing just got easier with Sunergia's Soy Vegan Bleu Cheese Alternative. Add this to any recipe calling for Real Bleu Cheese and you'll have to agree that you can't tell the difference in taste!

Sunergia Soy Bleu Cheese
Ingredients: Soymilk (water, whole soybeans), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Natural Flavors (vegan), Chia Seed, Sea Salt, Carrageenan, Nigari (magnesium chloride). Certified Organic. Serving size: one ounce | Calories: 25 | Calories from fat: 12

Ingredients
1/2 cup grated Soy Bleu Cheese, vegan
1 cup Wildwood Soy Yogurt
1 cup Vegenaise
3 tablespoons organic unfiltered cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Organic Wizard's Vegetarian Worcestershire Sauce (Vegan)
1/4 teaspoon Hawaiian Sea Salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon agave nectar

Tools
Bamix large mixing beaker
Bamix Immersion Blender
spatula
large potato grater
measuring cups
measuring spoons
long handled spatula

Preparation
Grate the Cheese
Use a potato grater to grate 1/2 cup of the Sunergia Soy Bleu, Blue Style Cheese Alternative.

Blend the Ingredients
In the large Bamix beaker add all the ingredients, except the Sunergia Soy Bleu Cheese.

Insert the Bamix Immersion Blender and blend the contents of the beaker until everything is smooth.

Fold in the Cheese
Remove the Bamix and add the Sunergia Soy Bleu Cheese.

Fold the contents with a long handled spatula to make sure that all the Soy Bleu is coated with the dressing mixture.

Store & Refrigerate the Dressing
Cover the beaker with its plastic lid or decant to another container until time to add to your salad.

If the dressing is too thick, try adding more organic unfiltered cider vinegar to the mixture and stir.

Presentation
Add this to any salad and no one will be able to tell that you didn't use an expensive blue cheese. I was amazed at the texture and taste of this dressing. Serve with a platter filled with fresh cut veggies for an instant party food!
