Creamy Cashew Cheese Roll-Up

Flat Bread is the basis for the Creamy Cashew Cheese Roll-Up Sandwich.
Within four minutes you could be sitting down to a festive sandwich or have a magnificent lunch sandwich prepared for the office. In times of recession, it's easy to save by packing your lunch daily rather than eating out or ordering take-out. So eat like a King with this spectacular sandwich.
Ingredients
flat bread
Creamy Cashew Cheese
tomatoes, organic, diced
arrugula or lettuces
favorite salad dressing
water
Tools
knife
cutting board
bowl for tossing salad ingredients
offset spatula
pastry brush, natural or silicone
Preparation
The Flat Bread
Flat Bread will not roll-up without helping it to become pliable. To do this take a pastry brush and brush water over the surface of the flat bread
with warm water.
Creamy Cashew Cheese
Use the offset spatula to smooth a thin coat of the Creamy Cashew Cheese over the entire surface of the flat bread.

The Salad
Place a serving portion of pre-washed salad greens into a bowl with one diced tomato and toss with your favorite salad dressing recipe.
Place the dressed salad onto one half of the flat bread covered with the Creamy Cashew Cheese.

Roll-up the flat bread over the salad and keep tight as you roll.
A toothpick may help in keeping the sandwich in the roll shape.
Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and place in your lunch box.
Presentation
When ready to eat, cut the Creamy Cashew Cheese Roll-up into segments that match your mood. Thin, thick or in half... whatever you like.
