Vegan Salads 101
A Cool Vegan Summer Salad

When it's too HOT to cook, try this simple satisfying salad.
Ingredients
2 organic tomatoes, sliced
2 bunches organic grapes
Perfectly Pickled Carrots
1 half ripe mango, peeled and sliced
assorted olives
1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
sea salt
pepper
crushed red pepper flakes
dressing of your choice for the tomatoes
Tools
knife
cutting board
measuring cup
measuring spoons
peeler
2 plates
Preparation
Slice the tomatoes.
Peel and slice the mango.
Wash the grapes and drain on a terry towel.
Open a jar of olives and drain serving amounts on the terry towel.
Half , de-seed, peel and slice the avocado.
Open the Perfectly Pickled Carrots and drain serving amounts on terry towel.
Plate the vegetables... stagger the tomatoes, fan the mango and avocado.
Add the grapes, carrots and olives.
Top the tomatoes with your favorite dressing.
Serve and EAT! |
