The New Metro Design Company has introduced the ultimate in stand mixer beater blades. The BeaterBlade+ was created with little silicone wings along the edges that scrape the sides of the mixing bowl while mixing the bowl contents. My new Cuisinart Stand Mixer came with a mixing blade, but after one test drive using the new BeaterBlade+, I won't be using the standard Cuisinart mixing blade very often. With the BeaterBlade+ I was able to mix my entire Coconut Cupcake recipe without scraping down the sides of the bowl using a spatula.

The BeaterBlade+ continuously scrapes, mixes, beats & folds ingredients for Cuisinart, Viking, and DeLonghi 7-Quart Stand Mixers. This amazing tool virtually eliminates hand scraping with a spatula! The batter build-up on the beater or bowl is totally eliminated. Which means faster processing of your favorite recipes.

Ingredients are thoroughly incorporated ensuring foolproof mixing and baking preparation. BeaterBlade+ is great for mashed potatoes, cakes, pie fillings, and more!

The patented BeaterBlade+ “wing-system” design acts like a windshield wiper blade for the inside of the Cuisinart Stand Mixer's stainless steel bowl. It continuously scrapes the sides and bottom of the bowl while it mixes. This action cuts mixing time by as much as 50%. Perfect for cakes, cookies, frostings, quick breads & much more.

The BeaterBlade+ is not recommended for bread dough or ultra thick cookie doughs. If the batter becomes too thick, revert to your traditional flat beater.

Assembly Instructions
1. Secure and lock mixing bowl. Attach BeaterBlade+.
2. Lower and lock mixing head. Test scraping action with soft butter… blades may skip when dry.
3. If needed, change height adjustment to fine tune blade-to-bowl contact:
? Loosen the locking nut and lower mixer head with BeaterBlade+.
? Adjust height by turning BeaterBlade+. Raise mixing head and tighten nut.
4. Add ingredients on the left side facing the machine, aiming for the center of the bowl.
5. Always add flour slowly on Stir.
6. Never use sharp objects on BeaterBlade+.
7. If motor slows when adding flour, increase speed 1 level at a time.
8. Best if hand washed, but top rack dishwasher safe. Do not lean other kitchenware against blades.
