I love the look and feel of wood, but not the weight or bulkiness of thick butcher block boards. I selected the Epicurean Richlite Kitchen Series for my kitchen because it is lighter, making it easier to handle and cleans up quickly. For those of you who love your dishwasher, they can go in with no ill effects.
