I use the Fagor Induction Portable Burner for travel and in my small apartment kitchen it provides an extra 5th burner when entertaining. Recommendation
I thought I loved GAS BURNERS, but the Fagor has changed my mind. It responds instantly, is efficient, fast and clean. An excellent extra burner for every vegan kitchen. Great for fondue parties, melting chocolate and cooking for yourself when traveling.
