RSVP's stainless steel garlic press lets me mince garlic easily. The lever press swings out of the way so that I can load the basket area to the top and then swing the lever arm down for the mincing. I support the bottom on my cutting board and press down resulting in a perfect mincing job. This garlic press leaves little fibrous material behind once the task is complete.
Clean-up is quick with a simple rinse and I tuck it way for the next pressing.
