Nutmeg Grater

This grater was designed specifically for hard nutmeg seeds. One seed fits into the middle section and is always available for grinding into any recipe at a moments notice. I love adding a few twists of freshly ground nutmeg to beverages, desserts, and sauces.

More consistent than handheld graters, this spring-loaded, rotary mill ensures that nutmeg will be finely grated, a critical step in cooking since this pungent spice must be used sparingly. The razor-sharp milling mechanism shaves the nutmeg as you turn the crank. Acrylic top stores the whole nutmeg.

Mine is 20 years old and still works perfectly.
