The William Bounds Twister Nutmeg Mill was designed specifically for hard nutmeg seeds. The best thing about this little mill is that I no longer have to worry about scraping a fingertip or nail polish when I want a touch of nutmeg added to any recipe.

One seed fits into the middle section and is always available for grinding into any recipe at a moments notice. I love adding a few twists of freshly ground nutmeg to beverages, desserts, and sauces.

More consistent than handheld graters, this spring-loaded, rotary mill ensures that nutmeg will be finely grated, a critical step in cooking since this pungent spice must be used sparingly. The razor-sharp milling mechanism shaves the nutmeg as you turn the crank. The acrylic top stores about 6 whole nutmegs.
