The larger capacity of the Endurance® Potato Ricer makes ricing and removal of the skins easier than the small versions I have used. The RSVP Internationl Endurance Jumbo Potato Ricer is made of a heavy duty 18/10 stainless steel. It has santoprene handle coverings to ensure a comfortable grip. There is also a version without the santoprene... all stainless. The later is the version I chose for the Chez Bettay kitchen because it cleans easier after use. And I love the all-stainless steel look and feel of the tool. Remember, bake the potatoes first. Cut them in half and only press 1/2 at a time so that you have maximum leverage when pressing.
